The Brief:

Avenue Bordeaux is not a street you stumble upon - narrow, private, lined with properties that rarely change hands. The site required a creative servitude arrangement with the neighbouring property to unlock the land, producing three homes of meaningfully different scales on three generous plots.

Known internally as the "Goldilocks development", something for everyone. Three different sizes, priced from R18 million to R23.5 million. Each found its buyer.
